First National Championship Concludes Successfully

The First Tamo Martial Art National Championship–2025, held at the New Community Hall, Sarai Rohilla, Delhi, concluded successfully with great enthusiasm and discipline. This two-day national-level championship witnessed participation from more than 300 warriors representing various states across the country, while the event was smoothly conducted under the supervision of 25 trained officials.

This historic championship was organized under the vision, guidance, and leadership of Mr. Raghvender Singh, Founder and President of Tamo Martial Art, whose continuous efforts have played a key role in establishing Tamo Martial Art as a strong and recognized discipline at the national level.

The event was graced by several Chief Guests, including Mr. Yadvendra Singh Sandhu (Grandson of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Ji and noted social worker), Major General Dr. Dilawar Singh (Chairman, International Tamo Martial Art Council), Mr. Ajay Pandey (National Head – Mata Udaan), Mr. Dheerendra Kumar (Chairman, Tamo Martial Art Federation, India), Mr. Satya Narayan Meena (Senior Administrator and Sports Promoter), Mr. Gaurav Arora, Mr. Satish Puri, Mr. Ram Manohar Mishra, Mr. Sanjay Mittal, Mr. Ikbal Ji, Mr. Satendra Kumar, Mr. Ajay Bhardwaj, and Mr. Sanjay Singh, who motivated and encouraged the participating athletes.

The highlight of the championship was the Group Fight Category, where the Uttar Pradesh team delivered an outstanding performance, earning widespread applause from the audience. In the Team Championship standings, Bihar emerged as the First Place winner, followed by Uttar Pradesh in Second Place, while Delhi secured Third Place.

Several VVIP Guests were also present, including Prem Pahalwan, Naveen Gahlot, Goldy Randhawa, Surendra Vasista, Ashok Pahalwan, Sanjay Somkar, Aditi Sharma, Tara Arya, Ravi Thakur, Umesh Mathur, Sanjay Wadhwa, Sumit Bhoggi, Raju Bansal, Pratibha Rajput, Abhishek Pandey, and Mr. Akshay Jain from Amar Bharti News, adding further prestige to the event.

Throughout the competition, athletes demonstrated exceptional discipline, courage, self-control, and high-level technical skills. Winning teams and players were awarded medals, certificates, and special honors, while referees, judges, and officials were also recognized for their outstanding services.

In their addresses, the chief guests emphasized that Tamo Martial Art is not merely a sport but a powerful medium for character building, self-defense, and nation-building among youth. The successful completion of the first national championship has given Tamo Martial Art a strong and respected identity on the national stage.

At the conclusion of the event, Founder and President Mr. Raghvender Singh expressed heartfelt gratitude to all guests, athletes, coaches, officials, board members, and volunteers, reaffirming the commitment to organize even larger national and international championships in the future.
