These Policies & Terms govern the use of services provided by Tamo Martial Art Federation (India) (“Federation”, “we”, “us”), including training programs, technical seminars, belt tests, events, championships, membership, and issuance of certificates. By registering for our programs or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Terms of Use

By accessing our website or registering for any activity, you agree that:

• All information submitted by you is true, accurate, and complete.
• You will comply with our code of conduct during events and training.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (if any).
• We may update these policies from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Enrollment & Participation

Participation in training, seminars, or events requires successful registration and fee payment. We may request identification, age verification, and medical fitness declarations where applicable.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants must adhere to discipline, follow instructor guidance, and maintain respect for fellow participants. Any misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the program without any refund.

• Wear appropriate Tamo Martial Art uniform and safety gear, as instructed.
• Arrive on time and follow venue rules and safety instructions.
• Do not engage in unsanctioned sparring or actions that may cause harm.

5. Health & Safety

Martial arts training is physically demanding. By participating, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate and will disclose any relevant health condition. You agree to follow safety instructions to minimize risk of injury.

6. Fees, Payments & Receipts

All fees for registrations, seminars, camps, belt tests, and championships are payable in advance through the payment modes notified on our website or communications. Receipts are issued digitally via email or portal.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Trust — No Refunds)

As Tamo Martial Art Federation (India) operates on a trust-based model, all fees, donations, registrations, and contributions are final and non-refundable. No cancellations or chargebacks are permitted once payment is made.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., event rescheduling by the Federation), we may offer alternate dates or credits at our sole discretion but not refunds.

8. Certificate Issuance & Verification

Certificates for belt tests, seminars, and championships are issued subject to eligibility, attendance, and performance criteria. All valid certificates are verifiable via our official website (www.tmafederationofindia.in) or through the Federation office on request.

We do not ship physical products. Certificates may be provided digitally (PDF) or physically at official events.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information (such as name, age, contact details, identification, and training records) for registration, certification, and communication. We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with affiliated/state associations, instructors, or authorities only where necessary for lawful purposes or event administration.

• We use reasonable security measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Media & Intellectual Property

By participating in our events, you grant the Federation a non-exclusive right to use your name, photographs, videos, and performance footage captured during official activities for promotional and reporting purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to the event. All Federation content, logos, and training materials are protected; unauthorized use is prohibited.

Our website may integrate with payment gateways, government portals (e.g., Khelo India), or other service providers. Each platform is governed by its own terms. The Federation is not responsible for outages or errors on third-party systems.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Federation and its officers, instructors, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific program. Nothing in this section limits liability where restricted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to the foregoing, disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction across the Federation’s operational regions: Bihar, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Puducherry, Assam, Tamilnadu, and Haryana, as appropriate.

15. Changes to Policies

We may update these Policies & Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

These Policies & Terms are effective from 25 August 2025, unless superseded by an updated version.
